Role Purpose
The Pop! Yourself Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for the end-to-end demand and supply planning of the Pop! Yourself customizable range across EMEA. This role owns forecasting, inventory strategy, and supply planning across all customizable components (heads, bodies, accessories, packaging), ensuring strong availability, minimized waste, and alignment to revenue targets.
Operating in a highly complex, component-driven model, this role partners closely with Global and Regional DTC, Merchandising, Sourcing, Operations, and S&OP teams to integrate EMEA demand into global production plans while responding to local trading signals. This is a highly visible role that plays a critical part in scaling Pop! Yourself sustainably as a core DTC growth driver.
What You’ll Do:
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Pop! Yourself EMEA at both finished-experience and component level (heads, bodies, accessories, packaging).
- Develop rolling demand forecasts incorporating historical performance, personalization trends, launch cadence, promotions, seasonality, and regional behaviour.
- Translate DTC commercial drivers (Traffic, Conversion, AOV, UPT, mix) into actionable component-level demand signals.
- Lead SKU- and component-level forecasting, accounting for bundling behaviour, attachment rates, and customization mix shifts.
- Perform post-season and post-event analyses to identify forecast accuracy, demand drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
Supply & Inventory Planning
- Build and maintain supply plans aligned to demand forecasts, production lead times, capacity constraints, and regional fulfilment needs.
- Own weekly inventory health for Pop! Yourself EMEA, identifying risks across shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
- Manage component inventory across pre-season, in-season, and post-season phases, with a strong focus on reducing excess and dead stock (e.g. obsolete components or packaging).
- Partner with Production, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure timely replenishment and continuity of supply into EMEA fulfilment centres.
- Proactively manage inventory risks, flags, and mitigation plans to protect availability and revenue.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Act as the EMEA planning lead for Pop! Yourself, working closely with Global Planning, S&OP, and Pop! Yourself Operations teams.
- Ensure EMEA demand and inventory insights are accurately represented in global sourcing, production, and capacity planning cycles.
- Partner with Merchandising to inform component strategies, lifecycle decisions, and regional assortment recommendations.
- Align closely with DTC partners on launch timing, product updates, promotional activity, and trading priorities.
- Build strong cross-regional relationships to improve visibility, communication, and ways of working across EMEA and US teams.
Reporting, Insights & Process Improvement
- Build and maintain exception-based dashboards highlighting inventory risks, capacity constraints, forecast variances, and component imbalances.
- Create clear, actionable planning insights to support decision-making at both regional and global leadership levels.
- Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and forecasts in line with the evolving Pop! Yourself model.
- Support the development of scalable planning frameworks as the Pop! Yourself business grows.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experienced in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Merchandise Planning; DTC and/or customizable product experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience operating in a complex, high-SKU or component-driven inventory environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate eCommerce KPIs (AOV, UPT, Traffic, Conversion) into demand and inventory strategies.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with planning systems, ERP, MRP, or analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting capability with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
- Experience working within EMEA or global planning environments is highly desirable.
